A Harare man was arrested on domestic violence charges yesterday. The court heard that Amos Dube, age 32 was in a habit of making false allegations to her wife Sheila that she was cheating him. Sheilla told the court that she can no longer take the abuse anymore.

She revealed that she even has a tattoo of her husbands name on her inner thigh and another on her arm.

She claimed Amos her husband had forcibly tattooed her after drugging her some years back.

A chat conversation between three Zimbabwean landed on our desk this morning. In the conversation, the ladies are plotting on using some juju to trap their boyfriends into marriage. They scheme to capture his urine and other unorthodox means. Read the full transcript below:

A HARARE woman facing extortion charges for allegedly fleecing her Pakistan diplomat lover denied the charges Thursday, arguing that it was the envoy who bribed her to abort their adulterous pregnancy.Olga Mukwindidza, 33, is accused of having swindled over $200,000 from Muhammed Akram for the upkeep of children reportedly not his.

When she was put to her defence after her application for discharge was turned down at the close of state’s case, Mukwindidza told the court Akram never wanted their baby as he was elderly, with children of his age.“He started to persuade me to abort and I gave him hope I was going to do so,” she explained.

“Because he so much despised my pregnancy he would come every day and do anything I wanted because he believed I was going to abort.“He even gave me $5,000 to fly my assistants and myself for shopping in South Africa all in the name of abortion but I did not do as he wanted and this is what angered him prompting him to turn against me.”

Despite Akram’s evidence that they never had a sexual relationship, Mukwindidza told the court that the envoy was embarrassed and feared that the affair would tarnish his image.

A suspicious boyfriend claimed he posed as another man on Snapchat to trap his cheating girlfriend and then got his revenge by sharing her scantily-clad photographs online.

Now the man, who is unnamed and believed to be from the US, has outed her by sharing the images on Facebook - which have since gone viral.

The woman, who is also unidentified, is seen posing in her underwear and exposing herself to camera for the mutual friend - who she believes is the recipient of her saucy snaps.

In one she wore over-the-knee socks and lifted her black top to show her cleavage in a mirror selfie, her naval piercing also visible. 

Then in another she flaunted her derriere in lacy French knickers while lying face down on the bed. In all of the images her face is hidden or partially obscured, prompting some to question whether the post is genuine or in fact a hoax.

Unbeknownst to her, the real recipient was her partner - and though Snapchats are deleted after a few seconds, he took screenshots of the pictures as evidence.

He posted them on Facebook and tagged the mutual friend, who his partner had believed she was flirting with.

He wrote: 'These snaps from [her] were meant for you.

'I finally caught her and had to pretend I was you, so here you are man, I'm done with her.'

AN intimate relationship between a “couple” in Bulawayo ended in a dramatic manner when the woman allegedly demanded $600 in damages apparently for the s.fexual favours she had given her ex-lover over the time they were in love.
 Moreblessing Merejara (pictured above) started demanding the money from her ex-lover Victor Nyasha Tangwena, a police officer based at ZRP Support Unit Fairbridge allegedly as compensation for the comfort and love he enjoyed from her during the subsistence of their relationship.
The two lovebirds’ relationship fizzled out after Merejara allegedly suffered a s.exually transmitted infection.
Merejara, in a desperate bid to force her ex-lover to bow down to her monetary demands, allegedly threatened him with unspecified action which would cause him to lose his job.

A troubled Tangwena claimed that Merejara was emotionally and psychologically abusing him with her excessive demands.
“I am the applicant in this matter. The respondent (Moreblessing Merejara) and I had been in a relationship and we separated on 21 September 2015. After the separation the respondent is always verbally,emotionally and psychologically abusing me, the latest being on 18 October when she demanded that I pay her $600 as compensation for
separating with her.
“As if that is not enough, she threatened to get me fired from work if I didn’t meet her demands. The respondent during our relationship was diagnosed with an STI which saw her developing some warts on her g.enitals and that automatically led to our separation. I want this court to bar her from verbally, emotionally and psychologically abusing me with her demands,” said Tangwena.
In response Merejara, however, refuted Tangwena’s claims.
“I am not in agreement with what he is saying. I never said anything of the $600 he is talking about and also never threatened him saying he will be fired from work if he failed to give me the money in question. I
only phoned his parents asking them of their position on our relationship,” she said.
Presiding magistrate Evylene Mashavakure in her ruling, however, ordered Merejara not to verbally, emotionally and psychologically abuse her ex-lover.

A Madzibaba from the Johanne Masowe eChishanu Apostolic sect in Lower Gweru snatched the wife of an AFM pastor.The wife snatcher only identified as Madzibaba Nyoni had been asked for prayers by Bhiri Mamombe’s wife Fungai Mamombe because she had health issues.
Pastor Mamombe who at one point led an AFM assembly in Lower Gweru told B-metro that his wife had only told him she sought spiritual assistance from Madzibaba Nyoni-a well-known prophet in the area.
“She told me she wanted the services of Madzibaba because she was not feeling well .Just like any husband I supported her and sometimes would accompany her to Madzibaba’s shrine for prayers,”said Mamombe.
The Madzibaba got so comfortable that he would visit Mamombe’s homestead for routine prayers.
“Madzibaba Nyoni would come to my home to offer his services.I never at one point became suspicious that the two could be dating.One day when I came from town I found my wife not at home and I decided to follow her to Madzibaba’s home because it was the only place that she frequented,” he said.


Upon reaching Madzibaba’s place the man of the cloth was denied entry into Madzibaba’s house but he insisted to get in.
“When I got to his homestead ,Nyoni denied me entry into his house saying that I should wait for my wife outside since they were in the middle of a prayer session.I insisted to get in telling him that I always that I always allowed him into my house and as such he should allow me into his.Left with no option he allowed me in.
“When I got into the house I found her trying to put on her underwear .I was engulfed with anger ,emotions took over,I wanted to kill someone and at the same moment felt like crying,” he added.
The matter was reported to Headman Lugwalo who demanded that the woman choose between the two men.To everyone ‘s surprise Fungai chose Madzibaba over her legal husband.Contacted for comment Lugwalo confirmed presiding over the matter and ordered Madzibaba to pay two beasts to the pastor for such a shameful act.

After discovering his wife’s adultery, Moyo’s husband, Bongani Ngulube, approached the Bulawayo High Court seeking $40 000 damages.


A NATIONAL University of Science and Technology (Nust) lecturer, David Foya, has lost movable property at his house in Parklands to foot $3 000 adultery damages to the husband of a female student he bedded during her time at the institution.

Foya, a lecturer with the Faculty of Business Studies, had a s.exual relationship with his married student, Judith Moyo.

After discovering his wife’s adultery, Moyo’s husband, Bongani Ngulube, approached the Bulawayo High Court seeking $40 000 damages but Justice Martin Makonese only granted him $3 000.

In his ruling, Justice Makonese said the amount Ngulube was asking for was too much and in terms of case laws the highest amount which was given as damages for adultery in the country was only $5 000.
Ngulube was awarded $2 500 for contumelia damages (a deliberately offensive act or something producing the effect of deliberate disrespect) and $500 being damages for loss of consortium.

MUTARE: An agitated Chipinge man who stabbed his wife with a spear all over the body after discovering she was cheating on him will languish behind bars for the next 15 years.

Justice Charles Hungwe Friday convicted Phillip Ndachengetwa of murder as defined in section 47 of the Criminal law.

Hungwe refused to accept a plea by Ndachengetwa that he was provoked by the now deceased Loveness Magodhi’s infidelity, saying “this did not give you the right to kill”.

“I was angry because I was provoked. It was not my intention to kill her. She was leaving me after spending our savings amounting to $ 4, 000 with her lover,” pleaded Ndachengetwa.


But Hungwe responded: “I cannot accept your plea that you were provoked by her infidelity. That does not give you right to kill.”

Hungwe added that Ndachengetwa killed someone whom society expected him to protect despite her shortcomings.


Prosecutor Marlvin Musarurwa told the court that October 24, at around 8am, Ndachengetwa approached his aunt Loveness Bera who was in the company of his wife and showed her some love letters which he had discovered in Mugodhi’s handbag.

Ndachengetwa was advised to separate with Mugodhi amicably since their relationship was evidently failing.

Ndachengetwa and his wife went back to their homestead at around 10 am.

Later, Beta heard Mugodhi screaming and rushed to investigate.

When she arrived the door was locked and she forced her way in. Beta found Ndachengetwa stabbing his wife with a spear all over the body.

Beta pushed Ndachengetwa outside the house and Mugodhi followed and leaned against the wall bleeding profusely.

Ndachengetwa fled from the scene while Mugodhi was rushed to Ngorima clinic. The matter was reported to the police.

Mugodhi was transferred to Mutare Provincial hospital where she died.

The spear which was used to kill Mugodhi was discovered the following day near a vegetable garden.

Ndachengetwa was later arrested by police after a manhunt.

A gunman from the Central Ammunition Depot in Zvimba burnt his wife with petrol for refusal to run away with him to Mzansi after he stole $840 from his wife’s boss. Tapiwa Shonhiwa (28) was brought to Harare magistrate Mr Noel Mupeiwa to answers cases of theft and attempted murder.

Teacher Kim Juzdowski has reportedly admitted daubing the rude graffiti on the boy's work, and his mum, Sandra Green, is urging the school to take action

A mother has called on her son's school to suspend a teacher amid claims she drew a huge penis on the boy's work to embarrass him for not trying hard enough.

Sandra Green claims Kim Juzdowski, a language arts teacher at Chapin High in El Paso, Texas, has admitted daubing the rude graffiti in her son's workbook.

She says she has received an apology in an email from the teacher, but believes the school should take action and has lodged an official complaint.

However, education chiefs have reportedly told Mrs Green they won't be taking further action against Mrs Juzdowski because she "admitted it".
