Dear SIr/Madam

I have an objection with your daily standard playlists, supporting and promoting international music, Nigerian music, Ghana, south Africa, etc

I demand to know why you can play Beyonce and not play my music, or why you can play one local song over 5 times when you can play even one of my music, 

You are a Public Radio station thus make you fall under public service and respective regulations. 

Zimbabwe is a Christian country yet you play music from alleged satanists like Jay Zee, Kanye, Beyonce, P Square, Listening to these Satanists  on radio gives me emotional stress and makes me wanna commit suicide. Public radio broadcasters should to maintain law, order, good taste and decency, protection of children, fair programming, restrictions on promotion of liquor and alcoholism, um surprised you even take interests on songs that promote alcoholism and bitchy behaviors.

I have produced for many unknown artists who are very Talented like Jaey T who never got airplay, but she is very talented, for arguments sake this is a link to & of her tracks http://jaeyt.blogspot.com/ Other of my Artists are Lica Vibes from Kadoma, D Faya, Ketty Lee, Feddy, Lesco, I Finton, etc

I am a Zimbabwean and i earn a living from my music, Yet you promote already rich millionaire musicians who are not from Zimbabwe while , i am suffering from poverty,At the same time you are going against the ZIMASSET Blueprint while the president is busy trying to create employment through indigenisation and Youth Empowerment via technical skills and arts. By sabotaging local music Star Fm commits treason.

We all know Zimbabwes industry has crumbled, we found a way to earn a livelihood through music, Something that doesn't need much capital to start using our talents and skills. Surprisingly our Zimbabwe radio stations don't support but rather play people who are already rich the likes of Maria Carey, Rick Ross, etc, if the radio pays Rick Ross $10000 us in annual royalties he will finish it in a few minutes by buying just a chain but if i get payed just $1000 us in  royalties i can  start many  projects which can create employment to many youths.

The same radio station will be playing youth empowerment Jingles, then after the jingle they (you) play Michael Bolton, Jay Zee, Eminem or someone else from America or any other country that is no Zimbabwe.

24 Development of codes of conduct

(1) The Authority shall, in consultation with broadcasting licensees, develop codes of conduct governing—

(a) the rules of conduct to be observed by broadcasting licensees;

(b) the standards ad practices to be observe

d in advertising through a broadcasting service, including the prohibition of certain methods and practices of advertising, the length of advertisements and times at which certain advertisements may not be aired or aired with restrictions.

(2) Without derogating from the generality

of subsection (1) codes of conduct shall provide for

—

(a) Broadcasting of programs that are in accordance with community values and standards; and 

(b) methods of ensuring the expression of children while protecting them from exposure to programme material which may be harmful to them; and

(c) methods of classifying programs; and

(d) promoting accuracy, balance, fairness and completeness in news and current affairs programs; and

(e) the safeguarding of national security; and

(f) the ethics and standards of coverage of civil and public disorder; and
(g) preventing the broadcasting of programs that—
(i) simulate news or events in a way that misleads or alarms the audience;
or
(ii) depict the actual process of putting a person into a hypnotic state; or
(iii) are designed to induce a hypnotic state in the audience; or
(iv) use or involve
the process known as “subliminal perception” or any other technique that attempts to convey
information to the audience by broadcasting messages below or near the threshold of normal awareness;
and
(h) such other matters relating to programme content as may be of concern to the community.

I would like to remind all radio Djs that the radio is not your personal jukeboxes.

I demand that all music that breaches the above mentioned and any other broadcasting regulations be removed from Radio.

Here are few examples of songs that should be removed from Radio Immediately

Beyonce 7/11, all of its lyrics are instructional, The song is named 7/11 (Sept 11) 7 means Sept

7 = Septagram  = 7 Pointed Star

used in witchcraft and ceremonial Magic, & Gods, & Gates of hell

G = 7 (the seventh letter of the alphabet) God

7 + 1 + 1

God + Man + Woman = Sex

On Beyonce's 7/11 she performs the death dance of Kali 

 Take note she was also wearing a Kale sweat shirt.

The song promotes alcahol on its bridge, this and any other song that promotes alcoholism, zvibhodhoro, mhamba, etc should not be played on radio or at least family time.

Taylor Swift's Blank Space Subliminal message is even more clear, the message is about Satanic Wake up, its about Satan's promises to his followers, Tylor Swift describes the man Lucifer, the song clearly praises Satan, on the video she is on the bed dressed like a witch, also on the video the man holds three dogs symbolizing three headed beast mentioned in Psalms 32:2. 

Tyga's Ayo has explicit lyrics using words like bitch and Nigga, even if its censored everyone just gets the words anyway its like me writing "mh**a" the censorship doesn't change anything

Nick Jonas' Jealous contains hidden messages promoting rebellion

Ariana Grande, Rihanna all wear the Kabbalah red string bracelets 

Ariana admits she is an occultist and no longer a christian anymore, She shunned Christianity after her brother who is gay was shunned by the church.

AKA and Burna Boy on All eyes of me uses the words Bitch, Fuckin, Booty and Niggas. The song mentions Jesus in a disrespectful manner "i got a Jesus on my chain"

the guy says hes got Jesus and Bitches, Alcohol in his Blood.

All hypnotic music that gets listeners high without drugs like Trance, David Guetta, Lady Gaga, etc should be removed from radio.

All Zimdancehall that promotes violence and hooliganism.

Star fm should Stop broadcasting demons, All the Naija music, Nigerian djs dont play my music so i dont want my national Radios to play Naijas too, Enough of Zim DJs with crab mentality busy liking Naija and SA musicians fan pages and dissing local musicians.

Songs that contain crude language like ass, twerk, mboko, Tsaga, all hate speech, Songs that mention God and beer, for example " Jah Jah vanotichengeta apa tichipisa mahater" that's heresy God doesn't promote revenge but forgiveness. 

Naija music is very great very excellent but i also want that same airplay i am a Zimbo and i am entitled to first preference to my nations resources, our brothers and sisters are killed in South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria in xenophobic attacks they clearly don't want us.

If you have your way of music and playlist organisation i demand to know and i demand to know why my music is not recieving airplay, I submitted a 100 track album to your station in April 2013, i demand an explanation. 

I demand a response within 24 hours, i expect the station to start playing my music.

If my Complaint is not addressed i will be left with no option than to sue Star Fm for the following

-Lack of Clarity

-Breaching my National Rights, Fundamental Benefits and entitlements  as a Zimbabwean National and Citizen

-Failling to follow Zimbabwe Broadcasting Policies

-Manipulation of Listeners through biased suggestive call in shows

-Depriving my indiginization benefits

-Not playing my music when i have good reviews and awards nominations

-Emotional Stress

-Sabotage as proved by one of Star Fm staff Nyasha, Sir Allen King on my channel 

Apart from suing you for damages i am however claiming below damages, if not met again i will sue 

The website "Starfm.co.zw" is illegal, it has no privacy and cookies policy when visited it just starts playing the broadcast thus increasing my data charges.

I have tinnitus, the first time i visited your website Starfm.co.zw it started playing a loud stream without asking for permission to allow stream, this damaged my tympanic membrane, My ears ringing have increased ever since and no medical processes can help, tympanic membrane take 3 years to self heal, So for these three years i will not be able to mix music well because i an now left with one ear,

I am claiming damages of $1 208 016 us, If you want, A doctor of you choice to run tests i am cool with it. and i demand the website to be stopped immediately until it solves internet Legality policy issues.

Your website doesn't have a Disclaimer and a Privacy Policy which is illegal as mentioned earlier. Star fm should compensate my damages because it has no Exclusion of Liability Disclaimer.

If you don't put down your website or alternatively solve the above mentioned issues i will be forced to report it to ICANN or your DNS provider, 

This notice should not be taken as a threat it a hybrid of a Complaint and a Notice of intention to sue
