A Primary school in Bulawayo has adopted a stop and search policy after Grade Two pupils were found having group s*x using c0nd0ms during break time.

The pupils would forgo playing games like most kids their age. Instead they opted to poke each other much to the jealousy of one excluded girl who cried like candy had been taken from her.

The snubbed girl wept until a groundsman thought someone had taken away something valuable from her. As a concerned adult, he asked the Grade 2 girl what was amiss, to which she replied innocently that no one wanted to POKE her!
A teacher at the school narrated the story to B-Metro. “What happened is that the groundsman heard one of the Grade 2 pupils sobbing bitterly at the classroom corner and got concerned. When he asked her what had happened, the girl while pointing at some pupils who were having s*x said: “Uhlala esenza lo, lalowana mina engangenzi(meaning he is always doing others while leaving me out.) When the shocked groundsman asked the pupils what they were doing, they quickly dressed up and fled to their respective classrooms.,” said the teacher.
The groundsman popularly known as “Madala” reported the matter to the Headmistress.

ROARS of laughter filled the court gallery early this week when a Mutare woman confessed to
assaulting her husband with a leather belt on several occasions over his extra-marital affairs.

Realising that he could not take the incessant bashings anymore, Charles Gowero dragged his
wife, Tendai Muvhima, to Mutare Civil Court seeking a protection order, which was granted.Presiding over the matter was Mutare magistrate Mrs Yeukai Chigodora. Gowero told the court that Muvhima was in the habit of bashing him since the time she saw a text message from one of his girlfriends.
The girlfriends, something that he seemed not ashamed of mentioning even though he is a legally married man, have the liberty of calling him any time of the day regardless of his wife's presence.
"Whenever any of my girlfriends call, she assaults me with fists or uses the nearest object to do so.
She also calls me a useless man maybe because I am physically challenged. One of my legs does
not function well. "Your Worship, grant me this protection order. My wife is a beast and uses the slightest opportunity available to torture me," Gowero begged the court. Muvhima agreed with her husband's submissions, saying she had every reason to act in that manner."Of course I beat him.
It is my duty to do so since he can't keep his hands off other women. I use a leather belt to
instil discipline in him. "He calls his girlfriends in my presence, flirts with other women and messages like 'Hie honie', 'Come see me' and 'I love you darling' from his girlfriends are common features in my husband's phone," said Muvhima.
Asked by the magistrate if he fights her back, Muvhima told the court that he never retaliated.
"Madam, do not take advantage of the fact that he does not retaliate. You are lucky that he did
not have you arrested. Assault is a very serious offence and if you have evidence on these
girlfriend claims, get legal advice and stop taking the law into your own hands," Mrs Chigodora
warned her. .

MAN (25) DEMANDS TO SLEEP WITH BROTHERS WIFE TO SETTLE DEBT

A Gwanda man, caught in his brother's bedroom at night chatting to his sister-in-law, stabbed his
elder sibling several times with a knife after being asked about his intentions.

James Gandidzanwa, 25, of West Nicholson, was yesterday arraigned before Gwanda magistrate
Olivia Mashava Mashaire facing charges of assaulting his brother, Justice Ndlovu, 32. He pleaded guilty and was remanded in custody to today for sentencing. Prosecuting Getrude Zvidzai told the court that on January 21, at around 8PM, Gandidzanwa approached his brother's wife demanding his
money. Zvidzai said Ndlovu's wife told Gandidzanwa to wait for her husband's return as he was not
around. "The accused person then insisted on sleeping with his brother's wife as a way of recovering his money. Gandidzanwa started quarrelling with his brother's wife and that is when the complainant
arrived and inquired what the noise was all about.

This angered Ndlovu who then drew a knife and stabbed his brother several times on the back, twice on the left arm and once on the right hand. Gandidzanwa sustained injuries," Zvidzai told the court.
The magistrate ordered the State to clarify whether the injuries sustained by Ndlovu would cause permanent disability. In his defence, Gandidzanwa said he was provoked by his brother into attacking him. "Your Worship, I admit that I stabbed my brother several times with a knife on his back but he was
the aggressor.He attacked me after learning that I'd been chatting to his wife in their bedroom, which
angered him. "My brother's wife is the one who called me into their bedroom indicating that her husband was away. What I don't agree with is that I intended to have sex with my sister-in-law," he said. Gandidzanwa said he had taken the knife from his brother after disarming him. "He grabbed me armed with a knife and an altercation ensued. I disarmed him but in the process, injured my palm. I can't remember how many times I stabbed him but it was more than four times," he said. He pleaded for the court's leniency in passing the sentence, saying that he had given his brother $20 for medical attention.BMetro

WOMAN LIVES WITH TWO BOYFRIENDS IN ONE HOUSE
SHE has no regrets of cohabiting with two men in the same room.
In actual fact, the woman, Zhula
(30), whose real name is Memory Mlambo and a
resident of Zimta section of Mutare, claims that
her life is a bed of roses and is getting maximum
satisfaction from the two men who also confirmed
in unsolicited interviews this week that they had given the arrangement thumbs-up.
Zhula visited The Manica Post offices last Monday afternoon accompanied by her two boyfriends, Fungai Matandaudyi (35) and Wesley Gora (32). She revealed to The Weekender that she was not
satisfied with one but two men. She said she was not prepared to lose any one of
them because they were giving her the desires of her heart such as sex, money and attention.

Judging from the way she would frequently interject Fungai and Wesley's conversations
during an interview with The Weekender, it looks like Zhula is in total control of the relationships
and is possibly the "man" in the house."I love them equally but for different reasons.
One of them gives me very good sex. He satisfies me in bed. He is just good," she said without
revealing which one of the two."The other one also loves me. He pays my rentals and does everything else. I make sure that I don't offend any of them and we are living happily. "They get along well and that makes me feel comfortable loving both of them.

My problem is that I am not satisfied with one man, so I feel great having both of them as my husbands. "They usually give each other time (for sex) and respect each other," she said.

She said she was christened "Zhula" by musician Alick Macheso at one of his shows at the now
defunct Chapter One Leisure Centre a few years ago. She is a widow with two children.

Wesley said he was initially infuriated to learn that his girlfriend Zhula was seeing another man.
"I later got over it and accepted that she loved both of us. We are now living happily. "We don't have any problem at all. He is my babamunini and I like him," he said. Fungai, the more reserved of the two, claimed that he started dating Zhula eight months ago.

"I realised that she was in a relationship with Wesley, but I did not mind. We sat down and talked about this and we all agreed to this arrangement. I love her. We are comfortable with it," said Fungai. The practice is known as polyandry. It is a form of polygamy whereby a woman takes
two or more husbands at the same time. Polyandry is contrasted with polygamy, which
involves one male and two or more females. Polyandry is also distinct from group marriage,
involving plural participants of each sex. Most broadly, polyandry refers to sexual relations with
multiple males, within or without marriage.
