Zesa Lazy Workers Must Be Fired

Just called Zesa Offices at 12:09pm on 04773314 to ask about stale debts and people Being made to pay Debts of Dead people and the now situation of Zesa refusing people in Dispute of Debts their rights according to dispute law which states People should pay current bills while dispute issues are in solving process.......... 

The Telephonists cut me after i had identified myself as a citizen journalist and Philanthropist, which is against the constitution of Zimbabwe, i then called again at 12:12pm demanding that she identify herself she then pretended to not hear me, Now I am wondering how these people are trained, Public Service Law states that anyone who works with the public should immediately identify themselves when asked to and they are not allowed to cut a call, ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, I demand zesa to fire the telephonist who answered 04773314 on Monday 1 September 2015 between 12:09pm and 12:13pm, These people are tarnishing the image of my nation because when people complain about service delivery they say Zimbabwe.....
THE TELEPHONIST MUST BE FIRED FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, in times like these many people are in desperate need of that JOB , , , , , ,
