nigh one million ‘likes’. Those who read the ‘About’ page
were given a believable chronicle of the Jigga’s passing:
“At roughly 9am. April 14, 2016, our most legendary rapper Jay-Z passed away. Jay-Z was birthed on December 4, 1969 in New York. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page.”

of fans instantly began writing their epistles of condolence on the
FB page, expressing their grief that the talented 46-year-old rapper
was no more. And as usual, Twittersphere was frenzied over this death
hoax.
