Leaders are calling for prayer but i feel we should start investing into cloud seeding, Cloud seeding is not expensive,Chemicals like Silver Iodine, NaCl (TableSalt), Dry ice, etc. These chemicals induce precipitation in the clouds and it rains.

Cloud seeding chemicals are administered into the clouds by used aircraft or land based equipment like nuclear launchers, We don't need to import anything we can develop the firing flares here in Zimbabwe using above mentioned chemicals and flares. I think its better to invest in cloud seeding than irrigation because most of local farmers end up vandalizing irrigation equipment and selling it to scrap metal collectors.
