PHD Ministries this week admitted to illegaly expanding into neighbor's property known as “Rocks Lodge” just beside its Harare Waterfalls Church without the permission of the legal owners.

PHD has offered to purchase the piece land to avoid eviction from the encroached land .The admission was made in efforts to seek an out of court resolution and to avoid eviction on land where PHD Ministries is doing construction work.

2 weeks ago PHD Ministries was sued at High Court for crime of invading and encroaching onto Panabase Consultancy (Private) Limited's property at Stand Number 8 Prospect Harare.This came after PHD Ministries had made offers to purchase the two-hectare property for $235 000, a price that was turned down by Panabase saying it was too small.

Regardless of disagreements over the money offered, PHD invaded the property and it is alleged that it destroyed structures they had found on the premises.premises. Panabase, via its lawyer Mr Mutumbwa, viewed PHD’s actions as prejudicial and a clever tactic of arm-twisting them into selling the land at an unreasonable and low price.
